As soon as Luis stepped foot on our property, I could tell this was not going to be like the other ones that came for inspection and to give an estimate. He told us about the history of their company and what they could offer us. He immediately got laddered out and got up on the roof. Did walk around, took pictures. He even came inside and went up in the attic to see inside damage. He showed visuals along with his recommendations. He also told us exactly what to say to the insurance company and contacted them directly when he didn’t like what they came back with after THEIR inspector refused to even go on the roof. They sent another inspector who joined Luis in the roof and verified his findings. Everything went smoothly from there. Showed up that morning with a 9 man crew and was done that afternoon.
